微型燃气轮发电机(微燃机)是一种新型动力系统,为研究其节流、最大状态及慢车状态特性,建立了微燃机的数学模型,并编制了稳态特性计算程序。利用对节流状态经济性的要求,确立了微燃机的经济节流工作线,并用相似原理分析了不同大气条件下节流工作线的确定。研究了微燃机在最大状态和慢车状态工作时的几种限制条件,在满足这些限制条件下,确立了相应的控制规律;计算了微燃机的气候特性和高度特性,计算结果与理论分析一致。通过和试验数据对比,结果表明,数学模型合理有效,计算结果具有很高的可信度,可为微燃机稳态控制规律设计提供参照,具有很好的工程应用价值。
Micro-gas turbine generator (micro-gas turbine) is a new type of power system. To study its throttling, maximum state and local state characteristics, a mathematical model of micro-gas turbine is established and a steady-state characteristic calculation program is compiled. Based on the economical requirement of throttling state, the economical throttle line of the micro gas turbine is established, and the determination of throttling working line under different atmospheric conditions is analyzed by the similar principle. Several limitations of the micro-combustion engine working in the maximum state and in the idle state are studied. Under these conditions, the corresponding control laws are established. The climate characteristics and the height characteristics of the micro-combustion engine are calculated. The calculation results and theoretical analysis Consistent. Compared with the experimental data, the results show that the mathematical model is reasonable and effective, and the calculation result has high credibility. It can provide a reference for the design of the steady state control law of micro gas turbine and has good engineering application value.
