目的调查某合成革公司的职业病危害因素,为确定关键职业病危害因素和制定防控措施提供依据。方法根据现场调查,确定关键职业病危害因素为二甲基甲酰胺(DMF);按国标要求采样检测空气中DMF浓度和工人班末尿中甲基甲酰胺(NMF)含量。结果 8个岗位32份空气样本中DMF超标率100%(8h的CTWA为71.1~466.5mg/m3,限值20mg/m3),16名工人班末尿中NMF超标率87.5%(浓度为11.2~66.1mg/g Cr,推荐限值18.0mg/g Cr)。结论该公司DMF污染严重,应改进工艺,有效整改。应加强职业卫生监测,加强岗前和岗中职业体检,防止职业中毒。
Objective To investigate occupational hazards in a synthetic leather company and provide basis for determining the key occupational hazards and developing prevention and control measures. Methods Based on the field investigation, the key occupational hazards were determined as dimethylformamide (DMF). The concentration of DMF in the air and the NMF content of workers in the urine were detected by sampling according to the national standard. Results In 32 air samples from 8 posts, the exceeding rate of DMF was 100% (CTWA of 8h was 71.1 ~ 466.5mg / m3 and the limit was 20mg / m3). The over-standard rate of NMF in urine of 16 workers was 87.5% (the concentration was 11.2 ~ 66.1 mg / g Cr, recommended limit 18.0 mg / g Cr). Conclusion The company DMF serious pollution, should improve the process, effective rectification. Occupational health monitoring should be strengthened to strengthen pre-job and post occupational physical examination to prevent occupational poisoning.
