小学是学生的基础教育阶段,在小学教学中,学生接触最基本的文化基础知识,但现如今的小学管理模式却不能让学生自主学习,更多的是填鸭式的教育。现阶段的教育管理模式虽然可以让学生收获知识,但在很大程度上剥夺了学生的自主性,使学生丧失了想象力和创造力。这样的固有模式不可取,教师应完善现有模式,加大校园人文环境发展的力度,完成小学管理模式的艺术创新。
Primary school is the basic education stage of students. In primary school teaching, students have access to the most basic knowledge of culture. But nowadays, the primary school management mode can not allow students to study independently, more of which is spoon-fed education. At this stage, although the mode of education management can make students gain knowledge, it largely deprives the autonomy of students and makes the students lose their imagination and creativity. Such an inherent pattern is not desirable, teachers should improve the existing model, increase the intensity of the development of human environment on campus, to complete the artistic innovation of the primary school management mode.
