测定了三种细粉粒在垂直提升管中气力输送的噎塞速度和最小能量输送速度,并将试验值同四个经验关联式求得的计算值进行比较。在试验的基础上,提出了在一定的固气比范围内垂直输送的适宜操作气速,及噎塞速度与质量流率之间的关联式。
The choking speed and minimum energy delivery rate of three kinds of fine particles in pneumatic conveying pipe were measured, and the calculated values were compared with the four empirical correlations. On the basis of the experiment, the suitable operating gas velocity and the relation between the choking velocity and the mass flow rate of vertical conveying in a certain solid-gas ratio range are proposed.
