为了研究6个海鲜菇菌株的菌丝生长情况,在相同的栽培条件下,将性状优良的菌株栽培到3种不同配方的培养基中,测定不同菌株间的亲缘关系、菌丝生长速度、现蕾、子实体形状和产量。结果表明,不同的菌株间菌丝生长速度差异不显著,同一菌株在不同配方培养基中的菇形和产量存在一定差异。其中来自福建农林大学的海鲜菇菌株在配方Ⅲ的培养基中,菇形优美、产量高,商品菇的生物转化率达95.6%。
In order to study the mycelial growth of 6 strains of marine mushrooms, the strains with good traits were cultivated in three kinds of mediums under the same cultivation conditions to determine the genetic relationship among different strains, and the mycelial growth rate was Bud, fruiting body shape and yield. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the mycelium growth rate among different strains. There was a certain difference between the same strain and the yield of mushroom in different mediums. Among them, the strains of seafood mushrooms from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University have a beautiful mushroom shape and high yield in the medium of formula III, and the biological conversion rate of commercial mushrooms reaches 95.6%.
