一、残疾青少年个性特征的讨论身体和精神方面的残疾将对青少年产生深刻的影响,可能使他们无法参与适于他们年龄的各种活动。此外,有证据表明:残疾青少年极有可能受到同龄人的排斥。因此,不难理解,同那些正常的同龄人相比,残疾青少年将表现出不寻常的个性特征。虽然,我们在这一专题上用的笔墨都趋于证实这样一种假设(即残疾青少年比正常青少年显得依赖性重、更焦虑不安而且缺乏自尊),但是,人们仍然难以准确地把握下述三方面的问题:(a)残疾青少年表现出哪些特殊的个性特征;(b)这些特征具有多大的份量和普遍性;(c)这些特征同他们日常的心理状态有什么关系。之所以如此,主要是人们的研究方法并不十全十美,而是存在一些缺陷和不足。其中包括:缺乏足够的客观尺度,无法确定各项研究指标的信度;
I. DISCUSSIONS ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF DISABLED ADOLESCENTS Physical and mental disabilities have a profound impact on adolescents and may prevent them from participating in various activities appropriate to their age. In addition, there is evidence that disabled adolescents are most likely to be excluded by their peers. It is therefore not hard to understand that disabled adolescents will exhibit unusual personalities compared with those of their normal peers. Although the motives we use on this topic tend to corroborate the hypothesis that disabled adolescents are more dependent, anxious and lacking in self-esteem than normal adolescents, it is still difficult to accurately grasp the following three (A) What particular characteristics of the disabled adolescents exhibit their particular personalities; (b) How large and universal are the characteristics of these adolescents; and (c) What are the characteristics of these characteristics in relation to their daily state of mind. The reason is mainly that people’s research methods are not perfect, but there are some shortcomings and deficiencies. These include: the lack of adequate objective measures to determine the reliability of research indicators;
