刚竹属散生竹,次生枝育苗非常困难。1973—1974年我们进行了埋株分植育苗试验,效果较好。如1974年,埋株8株,共产生有根苗152株,幼竹最高55厘米,根径最粗0.2厘米。1975年离体分植,成活108株,当年繁殖竹苗526株,最高103厘米,根径最粗0.5厘米,1株分植竹又繁殖成1丛小竹苗。
Just bamboo is loose bamboo, secondary branch nursery is very difficult. From 1973 to 1974, we carried out the experiment of submerged seedling in nursery. For example, in 1974, 8 plants were buried, a total of 152 root and shoots were produced. The maximum diameter of young bamboo was 55 cm and the diameter of root was 0.2 cm. In vitro explant in 1975, survived 108, breeding year 526 strains of bamboo shoots, the highest 103 cm, the root diameter of the most 0.5 cm, a sub-plant bamboo and reproduce into a cluster of small bamboo seedlings.
