在硫酸介质中用草酸掩蔽铁,碲与溴离子和二安替比林甲烷生成离子缔合物经氯仿萃取后测定。络合物最大吸收为336nm。在25毫升显色液中,允许铁(Ⅲ)、二氧化钛、三氧化二铝各50毫克,氧化钙,氧化镁、二氧化硅、稀土氧化物各10毫克,铜、镍、锰各5毫克,磷、砷、镉各1毫克,钴400微克,锌250微克,钼160微克,铬、五氧化二钒各50微克,硒25微克,铋、铅各20微克,EDTA500毫克,抗坏血酸1.25克,硫酸铵1.5克,草酸6克。硝酸根有严重干扰。本法酸度允许范围较宽(1.6~4M硫酸)。样品经沉淀和萃取分离后,共存元素的允许量相应增加。方法易于掌握,同时又避免使用砷、苯、溴等毒物。

Nitrate has serious interference. The law allows a wide range of acidity (1.6 ~ 4M sulfuric acid). The method is easy to grasp, while avoiding the use of arsenic, benzene, bromine and other poisons.
