随着城镇化与工业化的快速发展,建设用地的需求不断增大,使得生态用地面积日渐减少。如何科学合理地确定生态用地数量,正确处理建设用地与生态用地的需求矛盾,使经济发展与自然生态保护的关系重新走上协调发展的轨道,是保持可持续发展的重要关键。本文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,应用碳氧平衡法对吉泰走廊区域碳氧供需情况进行研究,进而测算吉泰走廊区域生态用地的最小需求。测算结果表明2030年吉泰走廊区域生态用地最小需求面积为2445.67平方公里,城乡建设用地不得大于515.33平方公里。
With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, the demand for construction land continues to increase, making the area of ecological land use less and less. How to determine the quantity of ecological land scientifically and reasonably and correctly handle the contradiction between the demand of construction land and ecological land so as to bring the relationship between economic development and natural ecological protection back onto the track of coordinated development is the key to maintain sustainable development. Based on the existing research results, this paper studies the supply and demand of carbon and oxygen in Jitai corridor by using the carbon and oxygen balance method, and then estimates the minimum demand for the ecological land in Jitai corridor. The calculation results show that the minimum required area for ecological land in Jitai corridor in 2030 is 2445.67 square kilometers, and the urban and rural construction land should not exceed 515.33 square kilometers.
