本文报道了应用累积曲线分布法,在温室用我国多个菌系人工接种鉴定了丽江新团黑谷×会泽老来黄、丽江新团黑谷×抬头白谷两个组合11套F_3系统.结果表明:会泽老来黄对A_1、D_1、G_(13)个菌系的抗性是由一对显性基因控制的;对C_(13)、F_1两菌系的抗性是由两对显性基因控制的,其中一个控制高抗反应,另一个呈中抗反应.抬头白谷对C_(13)、G_1小种的抗性是由一对显性基因控制的;对A_1、E_1、F_1三个菌系的抗性是由两对显性基因控制的;对D_1菌系的抗性是由两对互补显性基因控制的.
In this paper, 11 sets of F_3 system of two combinations of Lijiang Xintiao Heigu × Huize Lailaihuang, Lijiang Xintiao Heigu × Xitoubugu were identified by cumulative curve distribution in the greenhouse. The results showed that the resistance of A10, D_1 and G_ (13) strains was controlled by a pair of dominant genes. The resistance to C_ (13) and F_1 strains was determined by two pairs of significant One of them controlled the high anti-response and the other showed a moderate anti-response, while the resistance of C_ (13) and G_1 races was controlled by a pair of dominant genes.For A_1, E_1, F_1 The resistance of the two bacterial strains is controlled by two pairs of dominant genes; the resistance to the D_1 strain is controlled by two pairs of complementary dominant genes.
