血-801为一种动物血制品。本文主要以多项指标对血-801在免疫功能作用方面进行了观察和考核。实验动物选用体重一般为20～22克的纯种ICR或615种小鼠,实验中血-801配制成每毫升含其干粉20毫克的混悬液给小鼠灌胃,每次0.5毫升,每天一次,连续七天。本工作结果显示:(1)血-801对免疫功能正常小鼠能促进淋巴细胞转化和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高免疫特异玫瑰花结形成数和空斑形成细胞数,而对胸腺和脾脏重量无明显影
