针对近距离煤层群采空区下综采工作面矿压显现规律的差异性,为预防大倾角工作面发生片帮、冒顶、压架等事故,需对多煤层开采支承压力分布、支架受力特征及控制进行深入的研究。以潘北矿5煤和4煤近距离大倾角煤层开采为背景,对工作面前方煤体塑性区范围进行较深入的理论分析,得到煤壁支承压力分布特征;并采用FLAC3D对12124工作面回采过程中围岩力学特征进行数值模拟,获得采空区下12124工作面前后方应力分布特征、应力峰值大小及位置;通过现场实测得到支架工作阻力分布特征、支架最大工作阻力及位置。研究结果揭示近距离采空区下大倾角厚煤层综采支承压力演化叠加机制,提出工作面矿压控制对策,取得良好的应用效果。
