目的探析儿童支气管肺炎接受加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月在该院呼吸内科治疗的儿童支气管肺炎患儿84例,依据随机分组的原则将全部患儿平均分成两组,对照组利用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上选择加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为90.48%,对照组为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后,肺部啰音、咳嗽消失时间分别为(4.25±1.06)d和(6.35±1.17)d,均短于对照组的(7.01±2.05)d和(9.30±2.21)d,统计学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子、血清白三烯测定结果分别为(0.28±0.12)pg/mL和(1.52±0.46)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(0.50±0.17)pg/mL和(1.89±0.43)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷治疗儿童支气管肺炎能够明显改善儿童支气管肺炎患者的临床症状、体征指标,疗效显著,值得广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Sanan Tang Nano-plaster in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 84 children with bronchial pneumonia were treated in this hospital for respiratory medicine. All children were equally divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group On the basis of the control group, Jiawei San’ao Tang Nano-plaster was applied to treat the wounds, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.48% in the observation group and 71.43% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). After treatment, the time of pulmonary rales and cough disappearance in the observation group were (4.25 ± 1.06) d and (6.35 ± 1.17) d, both of which were shorter than that of the control group (7.01 ± 2.05) d and (9.30 ± 2.21) d, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor, The results of serum leukotriene were (0.28 ± 0.12) pg / mL and (1.52 ± 0.46) pg / mL respectively, which were all lower than those in the control group (0.50 ± 0.17) pg / mL and (1.89 ± 0.43) pg / The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Jiaweisanao soup nano-plaster acupoint sticking treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia can significantly improve children’s clinical symptoms and signs of bronchial pneumonia patients with significant curative effect, it is widely used.
