研究了磷酸盐、镁离子和光照对橙色粘球菌(MyxpcpccusfulvusFC10)色素形成的影响。橙色粘球菌产生吸收峰分别在472nm和355nm的类胡罗卜素和非类胡罗卜素两类色素。随着磷酸盐浓度(0,10,20,30mM/L)升高,菌体非类胡罗卜素减少,与此同时类胡罗卜素增加。菌体非类胡罗卜素也随着镁离子浓度升高(硫酸镁含量0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)而减少。0.1%硫酸镁最适宜菌体类胡罗卜素的合成,硫酸镁浓度继续升高,类胡罗卜素的产生也受到抑制。光照不影响菌体类胡罗卜素形成,但非类胡罗卜素形成略有减少。
The effects of phosphate, magnesium ions and light on the pigment formation of Myxpacus cv. Fulvus FC10 were studied. Mycotoxins produce two types of carotenoids and non-carotenoids with absorption peaks at 472nm and 355nm, respectively. With the phosphate concentration (0, 10, 20, 30 mM / L) increased, the amount of non-carotenoids decreased, while the amount of carotenoids increased. Bacterial non-carotenoids also decreased with increasing magnesium concentrations (magnesium sulfate levels 0, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%). 0.1% magnesium sulfate is most suitable for the synthesis of carotenoids, the magnesium sulfate concentration continues to rise, and the production of carotenoids is also inhibited. Light did not affect cell-type carotenoid formation, but non-carotenoid formation was slightly reduced.
