我室1976年4月开始应用~(169)Yb——枸椽酸作肺扫描诊断肺癌。现将15例资料较完整及典型病例小结分析如下。材料与方法临床可疑肺癌患者15例,经X线及病理确诊肺癌8例,良性病变3例。15例中多数病人先做~(113m)In(OH)_3—Fe(OH)_3肺扫描,尔后静脉注射~(169)Yb——枸椽酸1.5毫
In April 1976, our department began to apply ~(169)Yb-citric acid for lung scan to diagnose lung cancer. The analysis of 15 complete and typical cases is now as follows. Materials and Methods There were 15 clinically suspected lung cancer patients. 8 cases of lung cancer were diagnosed by X-ray and pathology, and 3 cases were benign. Most of the 15 patients first performed a ~(113m)In(OH)_3-Fe(OH)_3 lung scan, followed by an intravenous injection of ~(169)Yb—a citrate 1.5 millilitres.
