本文分析了铝电解的阳极碳的电化学消耗、化学消耗和机械消耗,认为化学消耗是引起过量碳耗的主要原因。阳极的化学消耗由阳极氧化反应和阳极气化反应引起,氧化反应受阳极上的化学反应所控制。阳极灰化也是导致过量碳耗的原因之一。
This paper analyzes the electrochemical consumption, chemical consumption and mechanical consumption of the anode carbon for aluminum electrolysis. It is considered that the chemical consumption is the main reason causing excess carbon consumption. The chemical consumption of the anode is caused by the anodic oxidation reaction and the anodic gasification reaction, which is controlled by the chemical reaction at the anode. Anode ashing is also one of the causes of excess carbon consumption.
