本文提出了膏体充填系统特征参数的概念,明确了其数学描述。在此基础上,深入分析了膏体充填系统特征参数的变化特点及其合理取值,指出了在充填系统设计时和对充填系统参数进行调节时,考虑系统工作特征参数的重要性。特征参数是综合反映膏体充填系统运行状态的一个参数,是管径、流量、摩擦阻力系数(由反映膏体特性的参数塌落度、粒级分布、膏体浓度等决定)的函数。文中还分析了在摩擦阻力系数一定的情况下,流量与管径的制约关系。
In this paper, the concept of the characteristic parameters of the paste filling system is put forward and its mathematical description is clarified. On this basis, the characteristics and reasonable values of the characteristic parameters of the paste filling system are analyzed in depth. The importance of considering the system operating characteristic parameters when designing the filling system and adjusting the parameters of the filling system is pointed out. The characteristic parameter is a parameter that comprehensively reflects the operation state of the paste filling system and is a function of the pipe diameter, the flow rate, the frictional resistance coefficient (determined by the parameter slump reflecting the paste characteristics, the particle size distribution, the paste concentration, etc.). The article also analyzes the friction coefficient of friction under certain circumstances, the flow and diameter constraints.
