目的研究高原与平原不同环境条件下对健康青年男性24 h动态血压的影响。方法选择健康青年男性100名,先后在平原与高原不同环境下进行24 h动态血压监测。采用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果平原与高原24 h动态血压在24 h平均收缩压和舒张压、白昼(6∶00~22∶00)平均收缩压和舒张压、夜间(22∶00~6∶00)平均收缩压和舒张压、24 h平均心率、最大心率、最小心率、24 h收缩压、舒张压血压负荷、白昼收缩压、舒张压血压负荷、夜间收缩压、舒张压血压负荷存在显著性差异(P<0.05);在收缩压和舒张压下降率、白昼收缩压和舒张压变异系数、夜间收缩压和舒张压变异系数方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论高原收缩压、舒张压均显著高于平原,高原24 h与白昼平均舒张压升高程度高于收缩压。高原血压负荷、24 h平均心率、最大心率、最小心率均高于平原,且离散程度较平原大。
Objective To study the effects of ambulatory blood pressure on healthy young men at 24 h under different environmental conditions at plateau and plain. Methods A total of 100 healthy young men were selected and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was conducted at different times in the plain and plateau. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results Mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at 24 h in 24 hours of plain and high altitude, mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure at daytime (6:00 ~ 22:00), systolic blood pressure and diastolic at night (22:00 ~ 6:00) The 24 h average heart rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, 24 h systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure load, daytime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure load, night systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure load were significantly different (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure drop, daytime systolic and diastolic variability, nighttime systolic and diastolic variability (P> 0.05). Conclusions The plateau systolic and diastolic pressures were significantly higher than those in plain. The increase of 24-hour plateau and daytime mean diastolic pressure was higher than systolic blood pressure. Plateau blood pressure load, 24 h average heart rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate were higher than the plain, and the degree of dispersion than the plain.
