中华民族传统体育是世界体育文化的重要组成部分,同时也是竞技体育的一个分支,为了使民族传统体育的发展尽快适应当代竞技体育与社会体育经济发展的需要,文章采用文献资料法、数据分析和比较法等研究方法,对我国民族传统体育的一些较为有代表性项目的竞技特点进行研究,找出其中的竞技特点规律,为传统体育项目竞技化发展提出科学的理论依据。
Traditional Chinese sports are an important component of world sports culture and a branch of competitive sports. In order to adapt the development of traditional national sports to the needs of modern competitive sports and social sports as quickly as possible, this paper adopts the methods of documentation, data analysis and Comparative law and other research methods to study the competitive characteristics of some representative projects of Chinese national traditional sports and find out the characteristics and rules of the sports among them and provide scientific theoretical basis for the competitive sports development of traditional sports.
