在明确大豆蚜虫的生长繁殖规律的基础上,研究了2%苦参碱、烟碱+皂素2种植物源杀虫剂对牡丹江丘陵半山区大豆蚜的防治效果。结果表明:2%苦参碱、烟碱+皂素对大豆蚜虫具有较好的防治效果,其杀虫率分别达到85.37%和84.25%。两种植物源杀虫剂对大豆植株无药害作用,且在盛花期对植株具有生长调节作用。施药后大豆株高、平均产量、百粒重与对照组在5%水平上差异显著,2%苦参碱和烟碱+皂素处理虫食率分别为2.5%与4.23%,明显低于对照组。
Based on the study of the growth and reproduction of soybean aphids, the control effects of 2% matrine and nicotine + saponin on soybean aphids in mid-mountainous area of Mudanjiang were studied. The results showed that 2% matrine and nicotine + saponin had better control effect on soybean aphid, and their insecticidal rates reached 85.37% and 84.25% respectively. The two botanical insecticides have no phytotoxic effect on the soybean plants and have a growth-regulating effect on the plants at the full-flowering stage. The plant height, the average yield and the 100-grain weight of soybean after treatment were significantly different from those of the control group at 5% level. The insecticidal rates of 2% matrine and nicotine + saponin were 2.5% and 4.23% Control group.
