药物是用以诊断治疗,预防疾病及恢复矫正改变器官功能的物质。尽管各种药物的作用机制不同它的作用基础都在于药物分子与受体之间的互相作用有很多因素影响到药物作用。总的说是两个方面:与病人有关的方面和与药物有关的方面,病人的性别、年龄、体重、遗传因素、生理变异及并发症会影响药物的作用,给药剂量、给药途径、给药间隔,还有体内的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄的速度与因素也影响药物的作用。目前,大多的药物主要来源于化学合成,特别是新药的迅速猛增使临床用药更趋复杂化,以致产生种种药源性疾病。 所谓“药源性疾病”是指由于用药不当而导致一系列与治疗无关的异常反应,并影响到人体组织、器官的疾病。 我在1989~1993年间观察到6例用胃复安治疗后引起的精神神经症。由于胃复安过量引起锥体外系反应的此类药源性精神神经症。
