平煤股份二矿原有筛分系统存在很多问题,严重制约着矿井的煤质和排矸工作,不利于安全生产需要。现对其不改变原有的筛分系统的基础上进行改造,优化生产系统,工艺流程简单实用,设备布置合理,煤流通畅。通过系统改造优化,提高了煤质质量,从而提升经济效益。
There are many problems with the existing screening system of Pingdingshan No.2 Mine, which severely constrain the coal quality of coal mines and refuse discharge work, which is not conducive to safety production needs. Now it does not change the original screening system based on the transformation and optimization of production systems, process simple and practical, reasonable layout of equipment, smooth coal flow.
