MHC的class Ⅰ基因。可分为经典的class Ⅰ(classical class Ⅰ)和非经典的class Ⅰ(non-classical class Ⅰ),后者称class ⅠB。class Ⅰ与α/βT细胞相关,在细胞表面高密度表达,class Ⅰb在细胞表面弱表达,其功能尚不清楚。class Ⅰb的基因区域中含有一个grc区域(growth reproductioncomplex),grc基因由rcc、ft、dw-3三组基因组成。大鼠的研究表明,grc基因与生物体的个体大小发育、生殖能力以及对化学致癌的易感性有关。大鼠的grc与小鼠的TL有同源,人类是否有grc基因尚待研究。
MHC class Ⅰ gene. Can be divided into classical class Ⅰ (classical class Ⅰ) and non-classical class Ⅰ (non-classical class Ⅰ), which is called class IB. Class Ⅰ is associated with α / β T cells, is highly expressed on the cell surface, class Ⅰ b is weakly expressed on the cell surface, and its function is unclear. The genomic region of class Ib contains a single grc region, and the grc gene consists of three genes rcc, ft and dw-3. In rat studies, the grc gene has been implicated in the individual size and reproductive capacity of organisms, as well as the susceptibility to chemical carcinogenesis. The rat grc is homologous to the mouse TL, and whether or not the human grc gene is yet to be studied.
