高职高专《管理学基础》课程教学存在着教学目标不准确、缺乏适用教材、课程体系偏前、缺乏独特性、实习基地建设滞后、师资力量薄弱等问题,高职高专《管理学基础》工学结合的系统设计应突出专业服务方向、彰显课程的应用性、共建课程教学体系、设计课程教学流程、打造开放性“工学结合”平台,需要通过更新教学观念,增加实践教学;改革教学内容,开发校本教材;注重专业教师实践性教学能力的培养;开展案例教学,突出实际效果等方式方法开展高职高专工学结合《管理学基础》教学工作。
