近年来司法数据统计显示腐败犯罪并未得到有效遏制,从法律层面考量,笔者认为需从完善附加刑、合理配置定罪量刑标准等方面完善关于腐败犯罪的刑法规范,以有效遏制腐败犯罪。
In recent years, judiciary statistics show that corruption crimes have not been effectively checked. From a legal perspective, the author thinks it is necessary to improve the criminal law norms on corruption offenses in terms of perfecting the supplementary punishment and rationally allocating conviction and sentencing standards so as to effectively curb corruption crimes.
