从研制和使用手控制导的第一代反坦克导弹的经验中,西德和法国对第二代反坦克导弹系统提出了相似的设想。根据军事和技术上的一致要求,西德和法国联合签署了一项关于发展“霍特”(HOT)远距离反坦克导弹的政府协定。协定規定,在装甲车辆和直升飞机上使用的发射装置由双方共同研制,而根据两国采用的载车不同,装车由本国负责。
From the experience of developing and using hand-guided first generation anti-tank missiles, West Germany and France proposed a similar concept for the second generation of anti-tank missile systems. On the basis of unanimous military and technical requirements, West Germany and France jointly signed a government agreement on the development of long-range anti-tank missiles HOT. The agreement stipulates that the launcher used on armored vehicles and helicopters will be jointly developed by both parties and the loading of the vehicles will be the responsibility of the country according to the vehicles used in the two countries.
