Over the years, there has been controversy over the ion composition in the process of acellular action potential of atrioventricular nodal cells. Many scholars believe that atrioventricular nodosa cells have no fast sodium current and their depolarization process is the same, if not incomplete, It is also mainly caused by the slow inward current is carried by Ca ~ (++). Recent studies have shown that Na. +, Ca ~ (++) are involved in the formation of is, and Ca ~ (++) is greater than Na ~ +. In this study, we observed the effects of low sodium, low calcium, high calcium, TTX and verapamil on the action potentials of atrioventricular node autonomous cells, and further explored the ion characteristics of their depolarizing currents.
