在电镀工艺施工中,许多溶液是需要加热的。对强酸、强碱溶液,特别是对含非氧化介质(如盐酸、稀硫酸)的溶液,正确选择加热管是一个十分重要的问题。加热管以加热方式分类,有电加热和蒸汽加热两种,前者适用于小型电镀间和试验室,后者适用于有锅炉设备的电镀厂房。加热管以材质分类,有碳钢、不锈钢、铅锑合金(或包铅)、钛合金和耐酸搪瓷等。化学除油、电解除油可用碳钢加热管,氰化(碱性)镀槽最好用
In electroplating process construction, many solutions require heating. Right acid, alkali solution, especially with non-oxidizing media (such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid) solution, the correct choice of heating tube is a very important issue. Heater tubes are classified by heating method. There are two kinds of electric heating and steam heating. The former is suitable for small plating rooms and laboratories, and the latter is suitable for electroplating workshops with boiler equipment.
