病原真菌是引起植物病害的一类重要的病原微生物。该文综述了近年来国内外开展病原真菌致病性分子机理研究的最新进展；评述了真菌致病基因研究的策略和方法；报道了用分子生物学方法解析真菌对植物的吸附、侵入、定殖和扩展过程的研究结果，并展望了该领域的研究前景。
Pathogenic fungi are a group of important pathogenic microorganisms that cause plant diseases. This review summarizes the recent advances in the molecular mechanisms of pathogenic fungi in China and abroad. The strategies and methods for the study of pathogenic fungal pathogens are reviewed. Molecular biology is used to analyze the adsorption and invasion of fungi to plants. Colonization and expansion process of the research results and prospects of the research prospects in this area.
