职业院校青年教师在师德方面存在一些问题,加强青年教师师德建设应引起重视,可以在宣传导向、树先进典型、传帮带、关心重用等方面采取措施。
Young teachers in vocational colleges have some problems in teacher ethics. Emphasis should be placed on strengthening the construction of teachers’ virtue in young teachers. Measures can be taken in such aspects as propaganda orientation, advanced models of trees, mentoring and care and reuse.
