112m2带式球团生产线链箅机箅条作为主要的承重构件,工作条件恶劣、承受工作载荷大。承受球团烧结矿反复装卸料的磨损及烧结矿质量等不利因素。另外长期受高温与低温的交变工况及高温氧化性气体(H2O、CO、CO2、SO2)侵蚀、磨料磨损等因素的影响,原耐热铸钢部件寿命短、成本高。为此,采用高铬耐热铸铁作为箅条的母材,进行耐高温、高强度耐热链箅机箅条的研制,试验成功后投入生产应用效果良好,成本大大降低,使用寿命增长。“,”The grate chain bars of belt pellet production line machines are the main load-bearing structures and bear heavily in poor working conditions such as repeated loading and unloading,cyclic high temperature and low temperature,cyclic oxidation gas(H2O,CO,CO2,SO2) erosion,and abrasive wear.The original heat-resistant steel parts had short life and high cost.Therefore,the bars made from high chromium heat resistant cast iron were chosen as the base material.The high strength heat-resistant grate chain was developed.The production trial gave good results.The cost was reduced greatly and service life got longer.
