目的:观察治疡清幽汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)的疗效。方法:173例HP阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组:单纯西药抗溃疡及抗HP治疗(方案:埃索美拉唑肠溶片20mgbid+克拉霉素片0.5bid+阿莫西林胶囊1.0bid,抗HP治疗一周,继以埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片20mgbid,治疗一月后停药),治疗组在上述治疗基础上从第二周起同时加服中药一剂,共服三十剂。观察中药在抗溃疡及抗HP治疗中的作用效果,为今后中西医结合治疗球部溃疡提供参考依据,希望通过中药应用达到提高临床疗效,为今后抗溃疡及Hp治疗获得一种较为理想的治疗手段。结果:治疗组和对照组Hp根治率疗效有显著差异性(P<0.05),溃疡愈合无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:治疡清幽汤可有效提高HP清除率,帮助溃疡愈合康复。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of “Gu Yi Qing You Decoction” on Helicobacter pylori (HP) positive duodenal ulcer (DU). Methods: 173 cases of HP-positive duodenal ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group: Western medicine anti-ulcer and anti-HP treatment (program: esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets 20mgbid + clarithromycin tablets 0.5bid + Mozillin capsules 1.0bid, anti-HP treatment for a week, followed by esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets 20mgbid, treatment after January withdrawal), the treatment group on the basis of the above treatment from the second week plus a Chinese medicine , A total of thirty doses. Observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anti-ulcer and anti-HP, and provide reference for the treatment of ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the future. It is hoped that the application of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical curative effect and obtain an ideal treatment for future anti-ulcer and Hp therapy means. Results: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Zhili Qingyou Decoction can effectively improve the clearance rate of HP to help ulcer healing.
