A new sesquiterpene lactone glucoside, Ixerin Z1 (1), was isolated from the whole plants of Ixeris sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance, along with 15 known compounds. The structure of 1 was elu pyranoside by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR techniques.
