本文就机械通风系统设计中,通风参数的选择对节能的影响进行了讨论与分析。结果表明(1)单位通风量增加1倍,虽然通风时间缩短1半,但通风所需要的动力为原来的5倍;(2)粮堆中杂质含量高将增加粮层阻力,导致风量下降,延长通风时间;泥土、草籽等小杂的影响比大杂显著,杂质对容重大的小颗粒粮的影响大;(3)两台风机并联工作的总风量不超过单台风机风量的1.5倍,所以应尽量避免通风机并联工作;(4)应将单位功率送风量Es(m3/kwh)作为衡量通风机工作效率的重要指标之一。
In this paper, mechanical ventilation system design, ventilation parameters of the choice of energy saving were discussed and analyzed. The results showed that (1) the unit ventilation increased by 1 time, although the ventilation time was shortened by 1 and a half, the ventilation required power was 5 times of the original; (2) The high impurity content in the grain heap would increase the resistance of the grain layer, (3) The total air volume of two wind turbines working in parallel should not exceed 1.5 times of the air volume of a single air blower , So should try to avoid the ventilator working in parallel; (4) should be the unit of power supply air volume Es (m3 / kwh) as one of the important indicators to measure the work efficiency of the ventilator.
