目的探讨切实可行的手卫生干预方法,以提高医务人员手卫生依从性。方法选择武汉地区20家医院开展手卫生干预活动,采用现场观察的方法,评价医务人员在干预前后变化情况。结果干预后,医务人员手卫生执行率从73.36%上升至85.81%,干手纸巾的使用比例从12.61%上升至63.79%,六步洗手法掌握率由70.76%提高到88.50%。结论采取积极有效的手卫生干预措施,对提高医务人员手卫生依从性有明显促进作用。 Objective To explore practical methods of hand hygiene intervention to improve hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel. Methods The hand hygiene interventions were conducted in 20 hospitals in Wuhan. The on-site observation methods were used to evaluate the changes of medical personnel before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the implementation rate of hand hygiene for medical staff increased from 73.36% to 85.81%, the percentage of hand towels increased from 12.61% to 63.79%, and the rate of six-step hand-washing method increased from 70.76% to 88.50%. Conclusion The positive and effective hand hygiene interventions can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel.
