罗马法进入古代俄罗斯的最初方式为法律移植,之后为征战和贸易,并在签订的国际条约中表现出来。罗马法对古代俄罗斯法的主要影响是以东正教传播,以及教会法的适用为主要途径的。罗马法的引入不仅在俄罗斯创制了教会司法权,也对俄罗斯习惯法加以改造,并冲击了有关奴隶的法律制度。罗马法在古代俄罗斯的渗透和融合是通过东正教活动来完成的,东正教也成为罗马法进入古代俄罗斯的媒介。
Roman law into the ancient russia’s original method of transplanting the law, followed by expedition and trade, and in the signing of the international treaty demonstrated. The main influence of Roman law on ancient Russian law is mainly based on the spread of Orthodox Church and the application of the Law on Church. The introduction of Roman law not only created the jurisdiction of the Church in Russia, but also reformed Russian customary law and attacked the legal system concerning slaves. The infiltration and integration of Roman law in ancient Russia were accomplished through the Orthodox Church activities. The Orthodox Church also became the medium through which Roman law entered the ancient Russia.
