5.5kW的X—Y型减速器是杭州机械设计研究所研制的一种新型减速器,具有结构简单、易于制造、承载能力大、运转平稳、噪声低及传动效率高等优点。它克服了一般少齿差存在的主要缺点而保留了其独特的优点。在浙江温岭机械厂协作下研制了五台功率为5.5kW,传动比为17和23两种规格的X—Y型减速器。样机试制后在上海华东化工学院传动实验室进行性能试验,测试结果:满载时传动效率η=85.5％,温升Δt=43℃,嗓声为78dB(A),三个方向振幅分别为6mm、5mm和13mm;在超载40％时传动效率
The 5.5kW X-Y type reducer is a new type of reducer developed by Hangzhou Machinery Design Institute. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, large carrying capacity, stable operation, low noise and high transmission efficiency. It overcomes the major shortcomings of the general lack of teeth and retains its unique advantages. In cooperation with the Wenling Machinery Plant in Zhejiang, five X-Y type reducers with power of 5.5kW and transmission ratios of 17 and 23 were developed. After prototype production, the performance test was conducted in the Transmission Laboratory of Shanghai East China Chemical Institute. The test results showed that the transmission efficiency was η = 85.5% at full load, the temperature rise Δt = 43°C, the snoring sound was 78dB (A), and the amplitudes in the three directions were 6mm, respectively. 5mm and 13mm; transmission efficiency at 40% overload
