“九五”期间,我国大型企业集团中现代企业制度建设取得了积极进展。一是国有大中型骨干企业进行规范的公司制改革取得积极进展。1994年开始进行现代企业制度试点的2473家国有企业,绝大部分已按《公司法》改为公司制。在520家国家重点企业中,有半数已经上市或部分上市。通过建立现代企业制度,国有企业内部改革普遍加快了步伐,内部的管理水平普遍得到了提高。
During the Ninth Five-year Plan, positive progress has been made in the construction of a modern enterprise system in the large-sized enterprise group in our country. First, the state-owned large and medium-sized backbone enterprises made positive progress in the reform of the company system.
