2005 年 2 月 2 日上午,在省厅办公楼北栋四楼大会议室召开厅保持共产党员先进性教育活动动员大会会上厅党组书记、厅长葛洪元同志就全厅系统开展保持共产党员先进性教育作了重要讲话,讲话全面贯彻中央和省委精神,紧密结合我厅实际,对全厅开展先进性教育活动作了动员部署,明确了总体要求,具有很强的思想性、指导性、针对性和可操作性。现将葛厅长在动员大会上的重要讲话刊发如下:
