随着各种集成电路产品的不断发展及其广泛应用,在全球集成电路经济繁荣的带动下,我国集成电路设计产业也在突飞猛进地发展、繁荣,对集成电路设计相关人员的需求也日益增加,仅靠国内少数高校的研究生已很难满足产业发展的需要。集成电路设计在国内众多高等院校都由原来纯粹的研究生教学逐渐转为由本科教学开始。文章从课程设置到实验教学等多方面详细阐述了集成电路设计在本科教学的现状,剖析本科教学存在的问题,并分析问题产生的原因,在此基础上给出了集成电路设计在本科教学中的改革措施。
