为查清紫金山铜矿溶剂萃取铜过程界面乳化的原因,采用X射线衍射和界面张力等现代分析检测手段,考察了铜溶剂萃取过程中固体微粒的组成和来源以及不同pH值条件下不同种类的固体微粒对有机相-水相间界面张力的影响。研究表明,固体微粒是界面乳化的主要诱因,由于固体微粒对有机溶剂具有吸附作用,从而使界面张力降低,导致乳化液的形成和稳定。
In order to find out the reasons for the emulsification of the interface of solvent extraction copper in Zijinshan copper mine, the methods of modern analysis and detection such as X-ray diffraction and interfacial tension were used to investigate the composition and origin of solid particles in copper solvent extraction process and the influences of different species Of solid particles on the interfacial tension between organic and aqueous phases. Studies have shown that solid particles are the main cause of the interface emulsification. As the solid particles adsorb organic solvents, the interfacial tension decreases, leading to the formation and stabilization of the emulsion.
