“班级授课”作为传统的教学组织形式,利于学校大批量培养学生.但教学过程多由教师做主,侧重的是进度的统一,步调整齐,学生自主学习的空间和时间有较大局限,“因材施教”落实较难.小组合作学习是在以班级为单位进行教学的前提下,班内分组,通过小组成员的互助合作达成教学目标.小组合作学习显然相对于传统的班级授课更能关注学生的个体差异,调动学生学习的自主能动性.但在具体实践中又有很多不尽如人意之处,甚至会和初衷背道而驰.本文结合教学实践粗浅总结“小组合作学习”的利与弊.
