2014年9月21日,南京市政府正式发文全面取消实行了近四年的住房限购政策。放眼全国,在当今宏观经济面临下行压力之下,全国绝大多数房价过高城市相继颁布的限制家庭购房套数的规定于2014年被陆续取消。本文旨在着眼于南京楼市,探究昔日的限购对于抑制房价过快上涨的效果以及限购松绑之后对于楼市的影响。
On September 21, 2014, the Nanjing municipal government formally issued a document to completely cancel the implementation of the housing purchase policy for the past four years. Looking to the whole country, under the current downward pressure on the macro-economy, the regulations on the restriction of family purchase of houses that have been promulgated in the vast majority of cities with excessively high prices nationwide were canceled in 2014. This article aims to focus on the property market in Nanjing, to explore the impact of the previous purchase restrictions for the suppression of excessive price increases and the impact of the purchase after the easing of the property market.
