针对目前煤矿液压支架的喷雾防尘控制系统存在的缺点进行了研究和分析,设计了一种基于单片机的液压支架自动喷雾防尘系统。该系统主要采用AT89S52单片机为控制核心,实现了对喷雾电磁阀门的自动控制,在液压支架操作过程中即可选择本架和邻架共同喷雾降尘,在所操作支架的两侧,通过连接手动截止阀、单向阀以及三通,对相邻两架液压支架的喷雾系统进行控制,以达到扩大喷雾降尘范围的目的,加强了工作面液压支架的降尘效果。不但改善了采煤面的工作环境,而且对煤矿的安全生产要求具有重大的意义。
Aiming at the shortcoming of spray dust control system of coal mine hydraulic support, a kind of automatic spray dust-proof system based on single-chip microcomputer is designed. The system mainly uses the AT89S52 singlechip as the control core to realize the automatic control of the spray solenoid valve. During the operation of the hydraulic supporter, the common spray dust can be selected between the frame and the adjacent frame. Both sides of the support bracket can be manually cut off Valves, check valves and three links, the adjacent two hydraulic support bracket spray system to achieve the purpose of expanding the range of spray dust, to strengthen the hydraulic support face dust effect. It not only improves the working environment of coal mining face, but also has great significance to the safety production requirements of coal mines.
