基于科学计量学和科技评价的视角,对国家自然科学基金资助的水稻和玉米项目经费投入及论文产出状况进行了多角度分析,结果显示,20年间水稻获资助经费为14.53亿元,高于玉米的4.16亿元;从获资助项目类别看,除应急项目外,水稻各类项目的获资助经费都高于玉米,但玉米的国家杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金、青年科学基金和重大研究计划等项目经费在玉米总投入经费中所占的比例高于水稻;两种作物的经费投入在地域分布上都较为集中,水稻50%的经费投入在江苏、北京和湖北,玉米50%的经费投入在北京、河南和湖北;在SCI和CSCD数据库中,国家自然科学基金资助的水稻相关文献产出的数量与质量明显优于玉米;在中文CSCD收录相关文献年度数量不断缩减的情况下,受国家自然科学基金资助的水稻和玉米项目发文量呈现逐年上升的趋势。
Based on the perspectives of scientometrics and science and technology evaluation, this paper conducted a multi-angle analysis on the input of funds and output of papers supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for rice and maize. The results showed that the funding for rice was 1.453 billion yuan in 20 years, 416 million yuan of corn; funded projects from the category of view, in addition to emergency projects, rice funding for all types of projects are higher than corn, but corn’s National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, Youth Science Foundation and major Research funding and other projects accounted for a larger proportion of the total investment in corn than rice; funding for both crops are more concentrated in the geographical distribution of rice 50% of the funds invested in Jiangsu, Beijing and Hubei, 50% of corn Funds were invested in Beijing, Henan and Hubei. In the SCI and CSCD databases, the quantity and quality of rice-related literatures funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China were significantly better than that of corn. In the case that the annual volume of Chinese-language CSCD-related literature was shrinking, The volume of rice and corn projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China tended to increase year by year.
