1 对象与方法 以1987～1996年10年我区死亡的孕产妇为对象,并对其死亡原因进行分析。 2 结果 我区10年共死亡孕产妇21人,其中孕妇7人,产妇14人。1987年孕产妇死亡率为72.85/10万,1996年为63.00/10万,10年平均孕产妇死亡率为95.40/10万。 2.1 接生方式 10年住院接生13967人,死亡6人,死亡率为42.95/10万,接生员(包括女乡村医生)接生8044人,死亡8人,死亡率为99.45/10万。
