胆漏是外科胆道术后较常见的并发症之一,传统的治疗方法疗效往往不能令人满意.我院于2004-07～2004-08行内镜下鼻胆管引流(endoscopic nasobiliary drainage,ENBD)治疗胆漏2例,疗效满意,现分析如下.1 病例报告例1:女,35岁.胆囊切除术后胆漏,于术后第3天出现胆汁性腹膜炎,留置腹腔引流管,日引流胆汁量约300～500 ml.腹痛间断发作,持续55 d不能缓解.
