目前,我国刑事司法对弱势群体被害人的保护制度还基本处于被遗忘的角落,突出表现就是特殊保护制度设置少而单一,保护对象是妇女、未成年人和部分生活贫困者而没有及于其他弱势群体。在对弱势群体被害人设立特殊保护制度时,应该在知情权、参与刑事诉讼中的受保护权、获得侵害人赔偿和国家补偿权、获得法律援助权等方面都有所体现。
At present, the criminal justice system for victims of vulnerable groups in our country is still basically at a forgotten corner. The outstanding performance is that the special protection system is set with few and only one, and the protection targets are women, minors and some people living in poverty but not other disadvantaged groups group. When setting up a special protection system for the victims of vulnerable groups, it should be reflected in the right to information, participation in the protected rights in criminal proceedings, access to compensation for infringement and state compensation, and access to legal aid.
