目的 :研究舰艇冲击运动对机体损伤的特点。方法 :设 3个冲击强度 ,用雄性新西兰兔在冲击机上进行模拟舰艇冲击实验 ,以大体解剖、病理切片和X线摄片方法检查兔内脏和骨骼的损伤状况 ,并对不同冲击强度组间动物内脏的损伤进行比较。结果 :冲击伤Ⅰ组主要是内脏与皮下组织轻度出血 ;冲击伤Ⅱ组主要是内脏、皮下组织轻度至中度出血 ,个别兔出现胸腹壁 (或胸腹腔 )重度出血 ;冲击伤Ⅲ组主要是内脏和皮下组织中度至极重度出血 ,部分兔出现内脏破裂和胸腹腔积血以及骨折等极重度损伤。结论 :动物的冲击损伤程度随模拟舰艇冲击负荷的增大而加重
Objective: To study the characteristics of ship’s impact damage on the body. Methods: Three impact strengths were set up. The male New Zealand rabbits were used to simulate the impact of the ship on the impact machine. The anatomical, pathological and radiographic methods were used to examine the visceral and skeletal injury of the rabbits. Visceral damage is compared. Results: In the injury group Ⅰ, the visceral and subcutaneous tissue were mildly hemorrhagic. In the injury group Ⅱ, the visceral and subcutaneous tissues were mild to moderately hemorrhaged. Severe haemorrhage in the thoracoabdominal wall (or thoracoabdominal cavity) Mainly visceral and subcutaneous tissue moderate to severe bleeding, some rabbits visceral rupture and thoracic and abdominal hemorrhage and fracture extremely severe injury. Conclusion: The impact damage degree of animals aggravates with the increase of the impact load of the simulated warship
