目前,隧道衬砌钢筋多采用全环焊接连接,或是一侧采用焊接连接,另一侧采用套筒连接等方法,这些传统钢筋连接方法需要较多的安装机具和较复杂的操作,且存在较大的安全质量隐患,难以适应快速施工和保持优质高效的现场环境。以昆明市轨道交通3号线二期工程折返线隧道为例,详细介绍钢筋直螺纹套筒全环连接技术在地铁隧道衬砌钢筋施工中的应用,为类似隧道衬砌钢筋连接施工提供借鉴。
